TESOL Training Scotland offers the Trinity College London DipTESOL to suitably qualified and experienced teachers of ESOL or EFL currently working within Scotland. Our online course runs over 9 months, with face-to-face Saturday workshops at regular intervals. |

INTO Scotland - Pathways into university. We are the official language college of Glasgow Caledonian University, offering academic and English language preparation for International students. Our courses are fully accredited by the University and offer students a guaranteed place on their chosen Undergraduate or Postgraduate course, on successful completion of their chosen pathway studies. We offer a wide range of classes to suit every academic level, including Pre-Masters English and our Foundation- First Year University Equivalent Certificate offering direct entry onto year 2 of an Undergraduate degree at Glasgow Caledonian University. In addition to this, from January 2009, INTO Scotland will be offering both Campus Year Abroad and a Study Abroad with English programmes. |

CELT was set up at the University of Stirling in 1981. We offer a 1-year Undergraduate Foundation Course, Short English Language Courses year round and a pre-sessional English for University Study Course from April to September. We also offer BA degrees in English as a Foreign Language, English Language Teaching and English Language & Business, Master's degrees in TESOL and Computer Applications for Language Learning and PhDs by research. |

Regent Edinburgh is in Queen Street, right in the centre of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town. We are 2 minutes walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street and we have fantastic views over the river to the hills of Fife. In the school the Common Room has computers, a wireless network, daily newspapers, vending machines with hot and cold drinks, a free water cooler, TV, study tables and comfortable seating. The Student Study Centre has computers with interactive software; study books, DVDs and novels to borrow. Students are taught and supported by committed and enthusiastic fully qualified staff with a passion for teaching, in small classes (maximum 12, usually smaller).The structure of the programme involves class study supported by a variety of learning tools as well as time for self study and conversation practice. Courses start every Monday; students can join at any time and stay as long as they want. We can help with accommodation. |

Fettes Centre for Language and Culture is the summer programme for teenagers managed by the prestigious independent school - Fettes College - in Edinburgh. The programme is residential with students staying in boarding houses located within the school’s extensive grounds. Students, aged 12 - 17, enjoy English lessons combined with a varied and extensive programme of educational, cultural and sports’ activities and excursions. TEFL Scotland are a young Scottish training company, based in Beauly, who are offering high quality, innovative and intensive weekend TEFL courses throughout Scotland. Courses are held in locations from Dumfries to Stornoway. We offer an online TEFL course so that Scots in even the most remote outposts of the country and across the world will be able to take advantage of our excellent course. There is also a short online Grammar course to reinforce, refresh or teach the fundamentals of grammar to both experienced and new teachers. |

Dundee College is a large further education college situated in a beautiful part of Scotland, beside the sea, and near the mountains. A wide range of courses is on offer, from digital media to Hairdressing. The International section offers English Language courses as preparation for Cambridge and IELTS exams, or as part of a Foundation programme leading to a place at university. There are also summer courses giving you a chance to experience Scotland at its best. CELTA courses, for those wishing to be English Language teachers are also offered twice a year. The college is well-known for its excellent social programme and Dundee is a very friendly city and one of the cheapest in Britain. |

The ELT Department at the University of St Andrews provides high quality English language teaching. We specialise in undergraduate and postgraduate university foundation courses in collaboration with our academic colleagues; we have a large and lively summer school programme including a number of ESP courses; we offer teacher training in TESOL; we have a presessional language and study skills course; we teach both language and linguistics modules within the university and we can provide tailor-made language teaching to individuals or small groups. |

Communication and Language Studies (CALS) offers a unique range of English language and professional degree programmes. Our English language programmes include support for international students on degree courses at the University and two specialised Foundation programmes. The Undergraduate Foundation prepares students planning to study Accountancy, Business Finance or Art-related degrees while the Foundation Diploma for Postgraduate Studies prepares students for the M.Sc. in International Business or CALS’ new postgraduate Masters in International Professional Communication (IPC). CALS also offers a teacher education degree programme in the form of the postgraduate Masters in Teaching Modern Languages to Adults (TMLA) which includes English Language Teaching. The Centre also runs tailor-made English language courses for individuals and groups. Recent courses have included language and cultural training for German school teachers and Clinical and Cultural Communication Skills for international medical students. |

EAC Edinburgh Language School is now situated at 53 Queen Street in the centre of Edinburgh.
