Videoconferencing

For anyone interested in how videoconferencing technology is being used in foreign language education, I would recommend that you visit the following comprehensive website on the topic: http://www3.unileon.es/personal/wwdfmrod/videoc.html.

The site is the work of Robert O'Dowd, an EFL lecturer based at Universidad de León. Robert recently publicised his website on the IATEFL CompSig list with the following request: If any of you are using videoconferencing in your classes and wish to add a description of your work / url to the site, please get in contact.

If you have anything to add to Robert’s site, please contact him at dfmrod@unileon.es. SATEFL's Language Links page collects together, within a theme, internet websites that may be of interest to members. If you would like to contribute to, please (please, please) get in touch with me at a.stokes@strath.ac.uk.

Many thanks – and happy browsing!
