BBC Skillswise features some good Literacy and Numeracy material at www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise/

Abingdon and Witney College has lots of Literacy and Numeracy resources on their Adult Basic Skills Resource Centre site, with regularly updated ESOL materials for teachers and students: http://members.aol.com/skillsworkshop/

Hillingdon Adult Education Community ESOL provides worksheets and materials on Speaking, Listening, and Grammar at www.communityesol.org.uk/

TALENT (Training adult literacy, ESOL and numeracy teachers) offers some very good ESOL, Literacy and Numeracy materials, as well as lesson plans etc on their website www.talent.ac.uk. The diagnostic materials are particularly interesting.
